Waitlist Application Fee
We require a non-refundable $100 application fee (per child) to join our waitlist. Application fees are paid through Procare. If you are offered enrollment, your waitlist fee will be applied to your first annual (re) enrollment fee.
Fall Enrollment
While we offer very limited rolling enrollment throughout the year, our biggest enrollment period typically begins in April for an August start. We also reach out with periodic waitlist announcements and encourage families to check in for updates.
Accepting Enrollment
When a space becomes available, we will contact you for a brief visit for you and your child before offering enrollment. During this visit we will discuss our program, and answer any questions you may have about our program. If we are determined to be a good fit for your child, we will offer the space available and provide an anticipated starting date. At this time you will have 48 hours to accept your enrollment offer.
Declining Enrollment
When a space for enrollment is offered, you may decline the spot one time and still remain on the waitlist. If a second offer of enrollment is declined your child will be removed from our waitlist. At that point, you are welcome to submit another application and fee to place your child on our waitlist again.
* Please note that we do not enroll children who turn four years old on or before September 1st of the upcoming school year, as they are eligible for Transitional Kindergarten.
